ONE-DAY COURSE / What You Need To Know
This course is designed for anyone who is looking to take their pistol training to the next level. This is a four-hour course on the range.

- Quick review of all safe gun handling, working from holster, marksmanship technique and fundamentals
- The Wyatt Protocol
- Reloading proactively vs reactively
- Clearing type 1, 2, and 3 malfunctions
- One-handed reloading and malfunction clearing
- Moving and shooting
- Shooting from cover
- Multiple threat engagement
- Fighting to your feet
- Retention shooting
- Team-based shooting dynamics
- Physiological and psychological response to deadly force encounters
- Human reaction time and the brain’s decision-making process
Required Items: Handgun, at least three magazines, inside or outside the waistband non-collapsible holster, 250 rounds of ammo, eye and ear protection. Plenty of water, and snacks.

No. This is for those who want to increase their proficiency.
Yes, you will receive a Reliance Tactical certificate of completion. However, this is not an NRA certificate, and cannot be presented with your concealed carry application.
Your own pistol and holster. At least 100 rounds of ammunition. Three magazines or speed loaders. Eye and ear protection. Plenty of water and snacks. Please contact us if you have trouble finding ammunition.
It is preferable that you have your own handgun. However, we do have rentals available. Please contact us for more information.
We do ask that you pay up front, either through electronic payment, sending a check, or making arrangements to drop off cash ahead of time. This gives you peace of mind that we are able to reserve your spot.
You will receive a refund, minus a $50 administrative fee. However, that will be applied to your class if you reschedule within 12 months of the original registration date.
